Seed to Snack Summer Camp

At Seed to Snack Summer Camp kids will dig into the basics of growing their own food—from planting veggie seeds to caring for herbs. Each day is packed with hands-on garden time and tasty cooking fun, like pickling, whipping up salad dressings, and making yummy spreads. Everyone goes home with their own mini garden, plus all the plants and supplies they’ll need to keep it growing. Come get your hands dirty and your taste buds happy!

With 2 seatings, you pick your time and table size to enjoy a socially distanced meal with a “bubble” of people you trust in the beautiful Emeril Lagasse Foundation Culinary Garden.
