Edible Education Experience welcomes you to attend our NEW veranda series called Simple Starts! At this workshop we are focusing on microgreens.
Microgreens are all the rage! And for good reason. They are beautiful, delicious superfoods that can be grown year-round in Florida. In this class you will learn why microgreens are so healthful, how to grow them at home, and how to incorporate them into your meals. You will have a chance to sample different microgreens and get your hands dirty planting your own microgreen tray to take home.
Let’s bring out our inner hippie and start growing microgreens at home!
This enjoyable and interactive class will be led by one of our Culinary Educators, Dr. Laura Varich. She went from Radiologist to Lifestyle Medicine Physician when she discovered the immense power of food for preventing disease and protecting our health. She is passionate about sharing evidence-based information to propel you to your best health.

I understand that EEE will not disclose names, identities, or personal information of any kind in association with the images. I give permission to use attendees' photographs.

I understand I am attending this class at my own risk and release Edible Education Experience, Inc. from liability from damages arising from personal injury on or about the premises.
If student is under 18, I give permission for my child to attend this class and accept the inherent risks of cooking and gardening and release Edible Education Experience, Inc. from liability from damages arising from personal injury on or about the premises.
