Your child will explore the fundamentals of cooking and gardening in our newly built Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House & Culinary Garden.
Participants will gather ingredients from the garden to prepare their own lunch while learning about how science, math and history can be discovered on their plate. Each day is themed to a specific subject to keep your students’ mind sharp over the summer break.
· Camp Dates: July 17-21, July 24-28, or July 31-August 4
· 10:00am- 2:00pm, Monday-Friday
· Cost: $350 per child per week, includes lunch
· Designed for ages 11-15
